Welcome to Advancing the Nation's Health: A Guide to Public Health Research Needs, 2006-2015, also called the Research Guide. The Research Guide is the first-ever comprehensive national resource for research areas that should be addressed during the next decade by CDC and its partners, allowing a spotlight to be shined on public health as never before. The Research Guide is available here in both in html and pdf formats. To develop the FINAL RESEARCH GUIDE, a formal public comment period was held. The public comment draft (titled the Health Protection Research Guide, 2006-2015) along with the public comments received are also available here.
