Cincinnati State's 15th Annual 1 Night, 12 Kitchens features Midwest Culinary Institute faculty chefs and students alongside culinary professionals creating sumptuous appetizers, entrees, and desserts.
Guests enjoy professional kitchen tours, food, beer & wine, up close and personal advice from chefs and fun with other foodies. Students gain new insights and confidence assisting in the preparation of special recipes created by local professional chefs.
The professional restaurant community has an opportunity to mentor and influence our region's next generation of restaurant pros.
Over $1,017,210 has been raised since the inaugural event in 2005 for culinary student scholarships and equipment needs.
