An array of delectable food choices has been selected for the various food stations – there will be a selection of salads, turkey and beef entrees, Mexican food, pasta dishes, and desserts to fit many types of food preferences. Since dinner will not be a sit-down plated meal, you are welcome to sit and eat wherever you wish in the reunion area. Please, do not plan to ‘reserve’ a table for the evening since attendees will be mingling throughout the night.
Coffee, iced tea and water are included in your registration fee. Soft drinks and alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase at the no-host bars.
Your Reunion Committee has worked hard to keep the cost of this event down. Be assured, however, that we have not compromised food or fun! Expected dress is 'nice casual,' and there is no ‘theme’ for the evening....please dress comfortably. You may want to bring along a light jacket or wrap in case you wish to spend part of the evening on the large deck overlooking Alamitos Bay.
Parking is free in the lot along the marina adjacent to the Yacht Club. A prepared name tag will be provided to you (and your guest, if any) at check-in if you pre-register.
There will be professional photographers present for individual and group photos, as well as casual shots. However, please bring your own camera for ‘capturing’ special moments with your fellow Bruins. Photos will be available for viewing and purchase after the event via a special website; this information will be provided at the event.
Music from “our day,” as well as recent dance hits, will be provided for your dancing enjoyment. For those desiring a more quiet atmosphere, there are plenty of locations at the Yacht Club for old and new friends to gather.
