WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN THE DEA SHOWS UP John Robertson, former DEA Diversion Investigator, will teach you everything you need know including what to do (and NOT do) when the DEA shows up to your site. He will walk you through the questions you can expect, documents you will be asked to produce, and will give you tips on how to prepare your employees for an unexpected DEA inspection. Fee: $950 for the first registrant from each company A REDUCED FEE OF $750 IS OFFERED FOR ADDITIONAL REGISTRANTS FROM THE SAME COMPANY.
If registering more than one individual from a company, the intial registrant should create a group code (usually the company name) which other company registrants can use when registering. This will allow multiple registrants from the same company to receive the group discount. Or, the first registrant can register multiple people at the same time. Refunds: Refunds requests are subject to a $100 cancellation fee as well as a 5% credit card fee, if applicable. All refund requests must be made in writing and should be submitted to Faye Varsolona (fvarsolona@jeiven.com). Registrants will receive 100% of the registration fee (minus the $100 and applicable 5% credit card fee) if refund requests are made up to 30 business days prior to the program start date, or 50% (minus the $100 and 5% fees) if the refund request is received 15-30 business days prior to the program start date. No refunds are offered for cancellations fewer than 14 business days prior to the program start date, or for no shows; however, you may substitute another attendee in your place, if needed.
