Alaska Airlines offers the Constituent Fare to Club 49 members to more affordably access state legislators and government agencies during the legislative session. Constituent Fare rates offer a 30% discount off fares between Alaska Airlines cities in the state of Alaska and Juneau.

Discount codes are distributed via the Club 49 Insider email each year at the start of the legislative session to Club 49 members who live outside of Juneau. If you have not received yours by mid-January, please call Customer Care at 1-800-654-5669, Monday through Friday between 7:00 am–7:00 pm and Saturday 8:00 am–5:00 pm.
