Registration

The United Rentals Registration Desk will be open at the George R. Brown Convention Center on Friday, January 6. Be sure to check in at the registration desk prior to the start of the Supplier Show to receive your name badge.

Name Badge

For security purposes you will need to wear your name badge at ALL TIMES throughout the meeting. You will NOT be admitted into the Supplier Show without one. Each person must sign in to pick up their name badge. Multiple badge pick up will not be available.

Should you lose your name badge, you can have it reprinted at the United Rentals Registration Desk.  A driver license will be required for reprints.   

Attire

Dress is casual on Saturday, January 7 and Sunday, January 8.

Transportation - All hotels are walkable.  United Rentals sponsored shuttle buses will run from the AC Hotel, Aloft Hotel, Embassy Suites & the Four Seasons Hotel.

Shuttles will be available Friday - Sunday.  Specific times will be posted in each hotel lobby.
