For your comfort, you are encouraged to dress in layers as meeting room temperatures may fluctuate.

Out of respect for conference presenters and participants, we ask that you limit disruptions during all sessions. This includes silencing phones, limiting talking, and minimizing exiting during sessions. Children/babies are not permitted in the meeting rooms.

No videotaping, audio recording, or picture taking is allowed.

A light breakfast, a full lunch, and light afternoon snacks will be provided on each conference day.
