Accelerated Self-Development – Workshop designed to expand your knowledge and share best practices to create effective career goals and develop a personal plan of action. Group discussions, example Development Plans, and writing practices incorporated within the session to start developing your personal Action Plan.
Developing Your Team:
Building a Positive Workplace Culture– Workplace culture improvement to engage, equip, and empower our teams with themes from Postal Pulse surveys interwoven. Important topics for leaders including: The importance of engagement for business results & well-being, setting the tone for your team, and specific actions managers can take to influence a positive work environment focused on results through people.
Effectively Developing Your Team – Develop your team to reach their full potential through targeted goals and development planning processes. Coach and support your employees to own their development by providing them with the tools and resources needed to be successful.
Networking Opportunity Sessions:
Networking by Organization – Targeted networking session for all functional leaders to own & present information / job opportunities within three separate break-out rooms (Retail & Delivery, Processing & Maintenance, and Logistics & Support Functions). Q & A panel of functional leaders to address attendees' inquiries.
General Knowledge Sessions:
