Loews Miami Beach Hotel combines beachfront elegance with top-notch amenities for the premier Miami Beach luxury hotel experience.

The Loews is minutes from shopping, restaurants, and nightlife and only one block from Lincoln Road.

To ensure your reservation at the Loews Miami Beach Hotel, we recommend you register early. All registrations received prior to the August 16th deadline will be guaranteed a room. Any registrations received after August 16th will be on a space available basis and subject to alternate hotel accommodations. A reservation at the Loews Miami Beach will be made on your behalf upon registration and you will receive your confirmation number in the weeks leading up to the conference. Amenities at the hotel include complimentary WiFi in your room. 

Make Your Flight Arrangements   
Once you have registered for the meeting, you need to make sure that you book your travel through Group Travel Partners. Once you have submitted your flight request, a representative from Group Travel Partners will respond within 48-72 hours. If your initial request can be met, it is essential that you approve your itinerary within 24-hours as the airlines have an automatic cancellation policy that will release your reservation, so fares and preferred seat assignments may not be available after the fact and may incur additional costs. If your request cannot be fulfilled, then a team member will contact you directly with alternative flight and schedule options. 

Should you decide to stay in Miami past the last day of the meeting, September 29, you may do so at your own cost. When filling out flight request, please be sure to input your information based on the date you plan on leaving Miami. Please note that you are responsible for any flight changes once your ticket has been purchased. Flight change fees charged by airlines start at $200. 

Guests:
Group Travel Partners is happy to make reservations for your guests to ensure they are on the same record locator.  The record locator or confirmation number the airlines provide ensures that your entire party stays together regardless of flight changes.  You are responsibile for the cost of the guest ticket, plus a $30 processing fee which is charged by Group Travel Partners at the time of reservation.  If you prefer to book your guest flights directly using a different method you are welcome to do so.

Airport Arrivals & Departures
Transportation to/from Miami International Airport to/from the Loews Miami Beach Hotel is being provided. Once you have disembarked your plane, please proceed to the baggage area, where a staff member holding an Oceans of Opportunity sign will direct you to your appropriate baggage claim carousel. Once you have picked up your luggage, the staff member will direct you to your transportation, which will take you to the hotel. It is approximately 20 minutes from the Miami International Airport to the Loews Miami Beach Hotel. 

Airport transportation to and from the Miami International Airport is being provided compliments of Affordable Care Inc. for the official dates of the conference only. Should you choose to extend your stay in Miami beyond September 29, you will need to make your own transportation arrangements from the hotel to the airport.
