MEEA is thrilled to announce our 2025 Annual Conference, taking place at Carroll College in Helena, Montana from March 7-9. We’ll gather to share ideas, stories, and lessons all tied to our theme Roots of Tomorrow. We can't wait to connect with you!

• MEEA Individual and Organizational Member: $125
• Student/AmeriCorps: $75
• Non-Member: $185
• Non-MEEA Organizational Member: $215
• Exhibitor: $70 

What’s Included in Your Registration

Your registration fee provides a full conference experience with the following:

• Meals: Friday evening dinner and Saturday lunch, plus coffee and breakfast snacks on Saturday morning.
• Friday Night Screening: A reserved seat for the 7:00 PM screening of Bring Them Home at the Myrna Loy, along with access to a private reception at 5:30 PM.
• Access to Sessions: Full access to all concurrent sessions and the keynote speaker on Saturday, offering opportunities to engage with leading experts in environmental education.
• Field Trips: Sunday field trip reservations, including snacks for your outdoor activities.
