The 2025 MEEA Conference centers on the theme Roots of Tomorrow. OPI Renewal Units will be available for full conference attendance.

- 1601 N Benton Ave, Helena, MT 59625. Also, here is the Campus Map. Enter campus from 1601 N Benton Ave. Follow the main road, and All Saints Hall will be on your right.
- Parking Pass & Campus Map: Here is a map of the Carroll College campus and a parking pass for your car. Some printed copies will be made available.
Conference Format:
Friday Evening: Special Film Event at The Myrna Loy
Private Reception at 5:30 PM and the Bring Them Home – Screening at 7:00 PM. Reserved seating for all conference attendees. Additional tickets available through Myrna Loy's website.
Saturday: Concurrent Sessions & Keynote Speaker

2025 Keynote Speaker, Nick Mott
Nick Mott is a multimedia journalist based in Livingston, Montana who focuses on the environment, wildlife, climate, and public lands. His reporting has been in the New York Times, NPR’s All Things Considered and Morning Edition, The Washington Post, Outside, High Country News, and PRI’s The World, among others.

Join the MEEA board at Lewis & Clark Brewery in Helena for a fun evening of appetizers, socializing, networking, and capturing some great photos. It’s the perfect chance to relax, unwind, and celebrate the conference with us!
