What does my day include?
An incredible unique experience including: Cars. Guns. Big Ideas. Freedom. Meals. Beer. Wine. Cigars. Please check the SCHEDULE & GEAR page for the day's activities. Our Arizona Weekend Escape Package furnishes scheduled bus transportation from/to Phoenix and/or Tucson, as well as to/from the JW Marriott Tucson Starr Pass Resort and Spa and Inde Motorsports Ranch. Each attendee will receive a choice between one "Hot Lap" or one "Lead & Follow" race car activity, each of which will involve 3 laps around the track. Each attendee will also receive the opportunity to shoot two machine guns with two 30 round clips of ammunition. Each attendee will enjoy a light breakfast, full BBQ luncheon with a speaker's panel, a cigar/beer/wine reception, and a light dinner.
What does my day cost?
Early bird discounted individual tickets to the event are $595 for non-IMR members and $495 for IMR members. Inde Motorsports Ranch members who donate the use of their high speed vehicles to event attendees for "Hot Lap" or "Lead & Follow" activities will receive a full refund of their ticket price at the point of admission, if desired. Additionally, our Arizona Weekend Escape Package, purchased separately, includes 2 nights at the JW Marriott Tucson Star Pass Resort and Spa and, if desired, scheduled transportation to/from Phoenix and Tucson area airports and the event. A portion of your ticket price may constitute a tax deductible donation to an I.R.C. 501(c)(3) organization, although the appropriate allocation cannot be determined until the event is concluded. We have secured discounted rates for other popular hotels and car rentals.
What is a 'Hot Lap' activity?
Riding shotgun in a high-speed race car on a private race track.
What is a 'Lead & Follow' activity?
You will be the driver of your own supplied racing vehicle to participate in the 'Lead & Follow' lap. You will be required to take a short day-of training session and bring your own racing vehicle before this scheduled lap run. Inde Motorsports Ranch may also make available cars for rent at an additional cost.

What guns and ammunition are included with my event ticket?
Each event attendee will be entitled to shoot any two of the following machine guns and will be provided with two 30 round clips of ammunition. Subject to time limitations ensuring every attendee has an opportunity to fire at least two machine guns, further shooting and additional ammunition will be available with a suggested donation.

What time is the December 5 event?
We start at 10AM and end around 5:30PM. It is a 4-hour drive from Phoenix and a 2-hour drive from Tucson. Consider purchasing the Arizona Weekend Escape Package or staying in Tucson or Willcox to avoid too much driving in one day (see travel options).
What is the address of the event location?
Inde Motorsports Ranch (IMR) is a members-only private raceway and motorsports resort located at 9301 West Airport Road Willcox AZ 85643. We recommend using a GPS service or printed map to find your way. It is located about 4 hours from the Phoenix area and about 2 hours from the Tucson area in a remote scenic location outside of Willcox, Arizona. It is about a 15 minute drive on surface streets once exiting the 10 freeway.
What is the weather?
On average, the Willcox area temperatures have a high of 62 degrees and a low of 28 degrees for December 5. We anticipate temperatures ranging from the mid-40s to the low 60s during the event. Please check weather.com for more accurate predictions.
What should I wear?
This is a casual, mostly outdoor experience. We require closed-toe shoes. We recommend bringing a jacket and long pants, but shorts are acceptable.
Do I need a helmet?
Please bring your DOT, Bell, or Snell helmet, if possible. A limited supply of DOT helmets will be available to share throughout the day for racing. Helmet liners will be available.
Where should I get gasoline, food, services along the way?
We recommend filling the tank in Tucson, Arizona before continuing on to Inde Motorsports Ranch. There are gas stations and restaurants in Willcox, but it is beyond the off ramp for the racing location.
