Feel free to fly, drive, and stay in the beautiful Arizona area before and after our event. We are pleased to supply area information below to make your individual arrangements easier. If you are interested in a travel consultant to assist with your travel plans, there is a request for contact in the registration process.
GROUP TRANSPORTATION SCOTTSDALE, PHOENIX. and TUCSON:
ALEC to Tucson on Friday: If you are signed up for the ALEC transportation from the Westin Kierland Scottsdale property, please be at the bus pickup location outside the Kierland 4 ballroom. We leave at 6:30PM. A boxed meal will be provided for the trip down.
Event Transportation from/to Tucson (IMR) on Saturday: If you are joining us on the group transportation from the JW Marriott Starr Pass Tucson to the event, please be on the bus by 7:45AM, outside the main lobby. The bus will return to the hotel by 8PM, after the event ends. Save yourself some driving.
Tucson to Phoenix Sky Harbor on Sunday: If you signed up for Sunday morning group transportation from the JW Marriott Starr Pass Tucson to Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, please be on the bus by 8AM, outside the main lobby. The bus is scheduled to arrive by 10-10:30AM and will drop off at all terminals. Check which terminal you will be leaving from. We feel this shuttle is appropriate for any departing flights in the afternoon/evening. There is only one group bus trip scheduled to Phoenix for the day.
OTHER ACCOMMODATIONS:
Tucson's wealth of hotel and resort options are located 2 hours from the Inde Motorsports Ranch. You will pass through Tucson between Phoenix and Willcox. Any special rates offered are available until the courtesy rate expires or sells out. You may still be able to get reservations at these locations, but the rate could change. Please be aware of each service’s cancellation fees.
Some rooms may be available at the Wyndham Golf Suites Starr Pass if you need an additional Tucson room. Since it is next door to the Marriott property, it is within walking distance and has a shuttle to the Marriott property. There is no group rate at this late date, but they have some available rooms. You can still join us at the Tequila Toast at 5:30PM at the Marriott property if you are staying at the Golf Suites.
Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Willcox is offering a special nightly rate of $66 plus taxes. This includes their hot breakfast service. Willcox is the closest city to the Inde Motorsports Ranch. It is a small agricultural town. Call 520-384-3333; use code ‘Compact for America’ room block.
JW Marriott Starr Pass Resort in Tucson is sold out. Call 877-622-3140 if you want to check for last minute options; use code ‘Compact for America’ room block. They can arrange individual transportation for all airports through their concierge.

Cochise County Airport/KP33:
Located near Willcox and the racetrack, this is the closest regional airport for your private use. Review airnav.com and fltplan.com for airport information. Let Deborah know if you are using this airport because there are no rental cars at this location. We will need to coordinate picking you up and returning you on December 5.
Tucson International Airport:
This airport offers the closest passenger flights and is about 2 hours away from Inde Motorsports Ranch. You can obtain Tucson rental vehicles and car service transportation options through the airport transportation links or special rates through Integrity Transportation.
Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport:
This airport is the largest Arizona airport for passenger flights and is about 4 hours away from Inde Motorsports Ranch. You can obtain Phoenix rental vehicles and car service transportation options through the airport links or special rates through Transportation Inc.

What is happening in Tucson on December 5-6?
The Holualoa Tucson Marathon is held on Sunday, December 6. Check-in is on Friday and Saturday at the Hilton Tucson El Conquistador. Please be very aware of an increase in runners throughout the Tucson and Oro Valley area over our weekend.
Where should I get gasoline, food, services along the way?
We recommend filling the tank in Tucson, Arizona before continuing on to Inde Motorsports Ranch. There are gas stations and restaurants in Willcox but past the off ramp for the racing location.
