Keep the entry experience short
A giveaway works best when the candidate can enter in seconds. Make only the fields you truly need required, then use the conversation at the booth for everything else.
You can limit the drawing to one entry per email so repeated QR scans do not create duplicate chances.
Draw the cooler—or run several prizes and save the Grand Prize for last.
Configure different prizes and quantities. Automatic mode follows your prize order and holds an item marked Grand Prize until the regular drawings are complete. Staff can also choose a different next prize when needed.

Do candidates need an rsvpBOOK account?
No. They simply scan your QR code and enter from a mobile web form.
Can multiple people enter at the same time?
Yes. Winner Drawing is built around a static QR and concurrent entry rather than serializing visitors behind an instant spin.
Can one person win multiple prizes?
Normally a winner is removed from later drawings. You can optionally allow them to win a different prize type while still preventing duplicate wins of the same prize.
What happens after we close entries?
New scans see a closed-drawing page. Staff can reopen entries if needed before continuing the drawing.
Can we use it for something other than recruiting?
Yes. The same Winner Drawing works for trade shows, expos, open houses, community events and other booth giveaways.
What if we want an instant prize instead?
Switch to Instant Prize Wheel mode, where each completed lead immediately triggers the booth display and awards a configured prize.
